Ultra Rib
Ultra Rib is an industry favorite panel, known for its strength and durability. Ultra Rib in used in a wide variety of applications from residential to commercial to post frame buildings. The coverage is 36". The minimum pitch is 1:12. Panels are primarily available in Galvalume and painted, aluminum available upon request. The standard gauge is 26. The comes in stock sizes of 8, 10 or 12 length, but can be custom produced up to 40' length.
Can be interchangeable with the R Panel.
Minimum pitch is 1:12. For best results, use #14 x 7/8" Lap Tek Screws at panel overlaps. For installation into a steel frame, use #12 x 1" ( minimum) Self Drilling Screws. For installation into a wood frame, use #10 x 1" (minimum) Wood Screws.
